Tour Chinatown, taste regional cuisine and learn secrets of East Asian dishes
Led by renowned food writer Jenny Linford, this fascinating tour will open up a world of culinary delights. You will learn about how regional dishes have developed in Chinatown over the years, as well as the secrets of Cantonese cuisine. You will discover how to use Oriental ingredients and will be shown the best shops to find them in. With plenty of sampling opportunities and an authentic Dim Sum meal waiting at the end, you are sure to have a mouth-watering experience!
The tour runs from 10:45am until 2:00pm on selected Saturdays (at least one per month). You will meet in the morning and be introduced to food writer Jenny Linford who will host the tour. She teach you about the history of regional cuisines found in the area, secrets of Cantonese cuisine and show you the best local Chinese ingredient shops.You will end the tour with an authentic Dim Sum brunch at the Imperial China restaurant.

Information and Restrictions
On purchasing this experience you will receive a voucher valid for ten months for one person. The experience is available on selected Saturdays (at least one per month). A Dim Sum brunch is provided for each participant. There will be plenty of opportunities to make purchases throughout the tour; you are advised to bring a shopping bag and additional money with you if you want to buy items on the day as these will not be included in the cost of the tour.
