Based on Richard's award winning book 'Dough', this bread-making course gives a fascinating insight into one of our best loved foods and Richard's unique techniques. There is no kneading or knocking back just a lifting and folding technique that will enable you to create delicious light airy breads such as fougasse and focaccia at home.
