Details
Glide majestically over the British countryside taking in all the sights and sounds that the UK has to offer. Available mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends.
The Adventure will begin at a pre-arranged meeting point. Transport for passengers from there to the launch site is provided where necessary. At the launch site passengers will receive a briefing from the pilot and an introduction to the Ballooning system. We recommend that when you come for your flight, you dress as if for a walk in the country. Flat shoes and clothing (to cover arms and legs) suitable for the time of year should be worn.
The duration of the flight is approximately 1 hour. After landing you will be collected by the retrieve crew, who will bring passengers, pilot and Balloon back to the Launch site, so that passengers and spectators can reunite. On return the flight is celebrated with Champagne and the presentation of your flight certificates, signed by the pilot The whole adventure will last between 3 and 4 hours with approximately one hour flying time.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 12 month's validity.
Public Liability Insurance is included for this experience.
Spectators are welcome and may take photographs
Flights take place on selected dates morning, evening, weekday and weekends.
There are no age limits (soft drinks in place of champagne for under 18s), but passengers must be sufficiently agile to climb into and out of the basket using the foot holes provided and under 16s must be accompanied on the flight by an adult. Passengers need to be able to stand for about an hour, though one can lean on the basket rim during the flight. Minimum Passenger Height is 4' 6" (1.37 m) |
