Compare and contrast some of the top names in Champagne. You'll taste eight different Champagnes, learn all about the Champagne region and production methods, and you'll even get some handy hints on how to distinguish brands and match Champagne with different dishes. With your new found knowledge you will be able to host any event in style.
On arrival at the venue you will be met by your wine specialist for the evening. You will learn the correct wine tasting technique, styles of Champagne, Champagne production, profile of the producers. As your evening progresses you will pick up useful tips when it comes to choosing Champagne, followed by more wine and some cheese and smoked salmon canapés.. At the end of the evening there will be a simple quiz on Champagne. The winner gets a bottle of Champagne.

Over the course of the evening you will taste a minimum of 8 different Champagnes. Tasting glasses, water, biscuits and notes will be provided. There will be a maximum of 18 other participants on your experience. The experience takes place once a month.
