Champneys Beautiful Bump Pampering starts with a soothing foot soak and back massage. This is followed by a body mask enriched with olive, shea, mango and cocoa body butters. A relieving foot, leg and scalp massage completes this wonderful pre-natal treatment.

Information and Restrictions
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You must then book your day at least 21 days in advance (all dates are subject to availability). This experience is available Monday - Friday throughout the year at the four Champneys UK health resorts - Tring, Forest Mere, Henlow Grange and Springs. You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted (except bumps of course!). Please note that this experience is not suitable for women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant.
