Learn to cook with Hell's Kitchen contestant Stein Smart! Trained by Jean Christophe Novelli and Gary Rhodes. Learn from the best!
Your day will consist of the following programme:
*9.30am - Meet and greet with fresh coffee and croissants, Stein will explain days events., health and safety procedure. Also The Smart School aprons will be given out for guests to keep.
*10.30a.m - Stein will demonstrate making fresh breads.
*11a.m onwards - Stein will prepare and demonstrate one dish at a time for everyone to follow and taste test.
*Course themes include - *seafood *meat *xmas *bbq *dinner party *general cooking *chocolate *deserts
*Stein will keep you entertained with stories of his life and times whilst working with Jean Christophe Novelli, Gary Rhodes and Keith Floyd.
*Fine wines and champagnes will be served throughout the day to compliment each dish.
*Fresh local produce will be used for all courses. An interesting 'goodie bag' will be presented to each guest.
*4.30pm the day ends
Group Size: The maximum group size is 20 people. This experience lasts for approximately 7 hours.
