What does the activity include? You will be familiarised with the equipment and taught basic techniques for the first experience to the underwater world, including safety and communication with fellow bubblemakers. All equipment will be provided.
Where does the experience take place? Most sessions take place in indoor swimming pools. What should I wear? The PADI Scuba Taster sessions are held at indoor swimming pools so normal swimwear is fine.
How long should I allow for this experience? You should allow 1-2 hours for this activity, however this may vary depending on the location..
When does the activity take place? The scuba lessons take place approximately once a week but the day of the week depends on the location chosen.
Are there any restrictions? A pre-existing medical condition may not prohibit you from this experience but you may need to obtain a doctors certificate. Minimum Age 8 A PADI Medical form must be completed for each participant, this will be enclosed with your confirmation and must be completed prior to taking part in the experience.
What about the weather? These sessions take place at indoor pools so will not be affected by the weather.
Can I bring spectators? Spectators are welcome.
What else do I need to know? Personal Accident Insurance is included. Maximum Depth 2 Metres/6 Feet
