Game Overview
This is a hard one, it plays very similar to all platformers, RPG, adventure games (whatever you want to call them), having tasks and certain items to collect. So at first glance you would be right in saying that this game is nothing special at all, nothing that hasn't been done before!!
Well in some respects you would be right, nothing that Destroy All Humans has, hasnt already been done before except for one very obvious thing!! Instead of being the human killing all the aliens or monsters, your the Alien killing all the humans! So simple but very effective, in fact because of this minor alteration in the game it really does give you a sense of originality but also at the same time you can't help but think that it is a little strange!
A huge let down with Destroy All Humans is the way you conduct yourself through the game (sounds interlectual for us doesn't it). What we mean is the way you detroy humans and other animals. The weapons are pretty piss poor and most of the time you are waiting for the poxy thing to charge up, other ways of killing people is to use Psychokinesis (what you are thinking now is exactly what we were thinking, "what the heck is Psychokinesis) Well it's pretty simple really, picking people up and throwing them about, or the best one is giving the Human an anal probe, they run off and explode leaving nothing but their brain behind! Ok so maybe originality was the wrong word to use!!
To be honest, the graphics aren't really anything special, it has been designed to appeal to kids as well as adults but really we can't see this game appealing to anyone through the graphics side of things, apart from kids who like to give humans anal probes and eat their brains, (if you kid enjoys this a little bit too much seek mental advise sooner rather than later).

Our Conclusions
With all due respect, we really can't see much of a fasination with Destroy All Aliens, for us it was a case of seen one seen them all........there were definately a few things throughout the game that made us laugh and made us re think our opinion of the game but for us it just wasn't enough! Definite one for the kids!! Hire before you buy!!!
Overall Score: 5.5/10
